What do you call yours?

I'd be fascinated to know what name people have for their.... equipment!

I was happy with 'e-cig' when I started on skinny ones, but now I have larger, more robust equipment, it seems less appropriate. Of course, 'e-cig' is fine when discussing it with non-users as most people now seem familiar with the term.

But what I'm thinking of is when you arrive home after a long day and your first thought is 'Where is my *****?' I find myself calling it a 'thingie' or a 'doodah' but these are rather non-specific terms. If you use a particular brand, it may be easier - 'Where's my Evod/Vamo?' sounds fine, if that's what you use, but there are so many brand names, it's hard to tell at this stage if one will eventually come out on top and be used generically.

Then there are vaping-related names. Do you say 'Where's my vaper?' Or how about 'Peevy'? (As in PV - personal vapouriser)

None of the above quite work for me. As more and more people join the vaping community though, I really think it would help to have some non-specific, generic-type name to refer to whatever equipment people have.

So what do you call yours?

I always use the generic name, i.e. Vamo, SVD, ego etc., I don't give things names, I've only ever called a car anything when it's broken down on me. Dave

What about provari owners, I'd call them pervys, not the owners the device. That is genuinely what I think everytime I read provari, and yes I still get told to grow up pretty much daily.

I thought the OP had far far too much time on her hands, that may not be the problem for all members. Some members might just be quite mad I'm not pointing the finger at anyone... or deliberatley quoting anybody to draw attention to who I might mean
