I've been directed here by a member of another board I go on. Hoping to get further info and tips

i bought a sky cigs freedom kit and had my last real cigarette on Friday evening. I smoked 20 - 25 a day and am completely addicted. These e it's have allowed me to not have a cigarette for the first time in years. I have previously tried hypnotherapy, acupuncture, patches, gum and spray to no avail so it's pretty amazing that this is working so far.

Admittedly. It's earl days but its a major achievement for me!

Main issue is battery life!

That's one of the drawbacks with any cigalike, the battery run time. I'd have a look at something like this as an ' upgrade '.

whippetlover and well done on kicking the habbit!! As perpetua said that kit is great and I only wish I had found that instead of the cigalike's when I first started. There are many video's on youtube showing you how to use different bits of kit.
I have found I keep reaching for these EVOD's to top my MODS/PV's ect as they are fantastic for me and are better than some of the more expensive tanks I have IMO, easy to use, easy to fill. As for the batteries you will notice a huge improvement on battery life, ok they are a bit bigger but you won't get better battery life unless the size increases unfortunatly. Thay charge the same way (USB or USB with plug adapter) but will be a different fitting to your cigalike charger but it does come with the kit.

Hi again and many thanks for all the nice welcome posts! I can see that I need to pay more attention to iPad autocorrect when posting so early in the morning...apologies for all they typos lol!

So, I've checked out the EVOD link and it all looks quite impressive re looks, cost, reviews etc. it would seem I'll have to let the size and weight of the skycig go if I want longer battery life. I'm still not sure I don't have a dodgy battery as one is definitely charging better than the other in the pack I was supplied. The EVOD are quite a bit bigger but I think I could still fit it in my pocket well enough.

So, next question, sorry *blush*

How does all the liquid work? How long does it last? Do you just pour it all in neat? It comes in two sizes, what do most of you use? Sorry to seem so blonde, but I am lol!

As far as whippets go...yes, I love them we currently have three and a terrier. Thanks for all the nice comments about the pics.

It's difficult to say how much liquid you will use, 3ml a day perhaps on average. Start by buying small bottles until you settle on some that you really like. this site gets good reviews

And, yes, you can buy it (most do) at strengths (0-34mg) that you use neat. This will just be called e-liquid, as per Karma's links above. Most 'clearomisers' (the bit on top) will take 1-3ml and you'd probably buy at least 10ml at a time. Some people buy up to 100ml if/when they find a flavour they really like.

Some of us buy stronger nicotine solutions, flavouring and dilutants but there's no need to unless/until you want.
