You could cut it by adding PG or VG to it. Same amount of PG/VG will reduce 38mg to 19mg. You'll have to do the math to get it down to 11mg.

Wow this came in the post today and silly me put it straight into a duel coil Big mistake, this is by far the strongest juice I've had so far it ripped out my throat put it on the floor and stomped all over it, Haveing said that it did wake me up so I'll be haveing a vape of this every morning at 4:10am with a cupper to start the day with a bang Thanks Wayne  |

LOL enjoy I had a feeling it might be a strong one hence it wasn't for me, but I can imagine in these duel coils its got to be like a kick in the head, I`v got some 11mg in mine and its just right. |
