Take a look at the ECCA website, they commissioned an Independant study Of everything so far published. The end result can be summed up quite simply. No one has ever found anything in concentrations high enough to cause concern. The high enough levels were taken from occupational health limits, so levels Considered safe to be inhaled day in day out for decades, I don't think anything Managed to measure more than a tiny fraction of those recognised regulated Safe levels. So the simpler answer is: YES, they are safe.

Me too have the e-cig with the chamber for juice and my juice has nicotine. I still have the odd real cigarette, but as everyone here has stated, the e-cig helps me a lot. There may be some risk, but I think there is with the patch as well, so whats the big deal, they are still way less harmful than cigarettes.

The "risky" chemicals that have often been reported in ecigs, are ones also found in patches, patches have higher levels though. please understand, poisons are defined by dose, everything can be toxic in too higher dose. pure water, oxygen, anything. Conversely in a low enough dose anything an be safe. ecigs have yet to emit anything in a dose that could be described as a risk, both short term or long term.

you will also note most replies are from 1-10 posts, also the way it was presented in a post is a big give away......so for those that want to know and be nosey heres a bit for you ,there is an article on another forum that i read about 8months ago, this was not EU it was in the USA,the city of New Jersey ended up having vaping banned in public and open spaces by the FDA,so the vaping community took them to court to appeal after a 2nd case the only way they could prove vaping was safe was as the judge put it you need scientific proof,so the vaping community held fairs coffee mornings etc to raise the $25,000 they needed ,they done it,a study was done and the proof was handed to the judge, the judge then told the FDA there ban was illegal as what proof they had etc did not match the proof that had been presented to the Court and the ban was lifted, and was not appealed
so lets give you another: Propylene Glycol you use everyday---look at your shampoo / Vegetable Glycerine- soap / Nicotine-present in your 5 a day veggies/ Flavourings in practically everything you eat cold or hot.......... oh wait thats all the basic ingredients in an ecig.........if people want to say its unsafe then just the few above we should all stop using asap

I don't think they should be banned either. Just come clean...ask questions and get answers from the forum members. Easy On 3 forums under 3 different guises? You must admit, something doesn't add up properly. It will be interesting to see if he returns to any of the forums he's registered on, later next week. kibbster - any sign of samheart or todger or whatever his name is on any of the other forums? He seems to have disappeared from here as quickly as he arrived
