Phewwww... Can you believe I didn't get home till 1am! Traffic coming home was a complete nightmare, not helped by some sort of ruckus outside the ground. Not sure what it was as police blocked the road off and all we could see was retreating officers and a few riot horses coming past our car. Couldn't have been too major as nothing on the news about it.

Ironically Super-Shiny post above has touched on something that really worried me last night. I have been going to football matches right back as far as the bad old days in the 1970s. I remember how strict the segregation between home and away fans were and the policing levels inside as well as outside the grounds were.

Last night was a bit of a shock. Even though it was stated on the ticketing website that Polish fans would not be allowed entry to the England section of the crowd, I have to say I was amazed at how many were in our enclosure alone! I dread to think how many had infiltrated the rest of the stadium.

Unsurprisingly, most of them were extremely drunk. During the match, I saw three thrown out. Not for being in the wrong end of the ground, but for trying to grope the poor female steward who was stood next to me for most of the game. Another Polish fan managed to irritate and annoy a lot of us by standing up screaming and shouting blocking everyone's view. Much to all our amusement two very large Grant Mitchell lookalikes gave him some "friendly" advice to stay in his seat

Thankfully there were no big issues inside the ground, but I am really appalled at the lack of security, and staffs acceptance of blatantly obvious Polish fans wearing flags,scarves,and hats freely being allowed in.

No trouble was purely down to luck rather than organisers judgement.

I'm kind of glad I couldn't watch it (we are on holiday in Malta at the moment - so I didn't bother watching them being thrashed by Denmark!). Sounds like it was a nervy business until the last minute

Yes, as usual it was all very nerve wracking, especially when Poland scored just before half time but was ruled off side.
Strangely, re the vaping. I decided to test out vaping. I had two or three stewards very close by all through the match as my wheelchair space was right on the end next to the aisle. I got out my SID. No one said a word! LOL so I puffed away all night. TBH, I think they were so consumed with watching for trouble I was the least of their problems.

I know! I don't know why it goes that colour when I have vaped on it a few times. It is much paler in the bottle and the head is only three days old so don't understand it. But, as long as it tastes good I don't really care.

It's just the air getting to it dolly and steeping it quicker as there is a lesser amount of juice, wait till it goes black haha.
