I'm still mulling over mixing my own juices. I'd be looking at making juices at around 70%pg 30%vg. Thats where my question comes in, I've seen AG for sale and as you probably know this is VG watered down usually 80/20% vg/water to approx the same viscosity as PG. Does anyone use this as opposed to regular 100%vg ? opinions and reasons appreciated. I just want to be really sure of what I'm doing if I do decide to take the plunge and appologise for asking what is probably a simple question where the answer is just personal preferance.

To be honest at the ratio you want to mix at just buy whichever is cheaper. I know a few people who mix at 30/70 pg/vg without using AG or distilled/deionized water. At 70/30 the pg is definitely going to thin it out without the need for water =) Plus the fact you can just walk into boots and pick up 200ml of VG for £1.30 means you don't have to order it in and stalk the postman =p

Well ... you can water down VG by using distilled water. Having said that I know a few people who boil a kettle several times, let it stand and then use that. The only real problem with 100% VG is that it can really gunk up your coils with certain flavours, and it does not work particularly well with DCT's. Jag. (It's almost a mathematical problem ....)
