Unless you specifically want to use your Sophia with the slim tank you can use it with any tank, got a 45mm tube coming for my D-Base to use with the Sophia. You tried the killer, 300 ? was wondering how the sophia holds up to it, i mean if you bang at it constantly you sometimes have to have a cold draw to soak the sillca wick b4 burning even with the killer fully open, is the sophia the same would you know in how it works and reacts to a heavy vaping session, i mean don`t get me wrong the killer is my fave tank style atty by far. Couldn't get the Killer to work consistantly for me, i thought it was too sensitive to sublte changes. When i set it up just right i thought it was fantastic but i couldn't get to the point where i could chuck it together & pop it in a tank without constantly trying to fine tune it. Gave up & bought a Diver which performs every bit as well as a fine tuned Killer but without the need for adjustment. Sophia is performing very well so far, no leaks, no dry hits (although i'm no chain vaper), it's pretty much all i was hoping for.... chuck it in a tank, fill it up with no issues, open up the flow control & vape on, so far so good.
Also I'm only looking for Sophia tank at the moment as I'm quite into the simplicity of using disposable pre punched carto's Sorry this reply is a little late
No probs, only reason i mentioned alternatives was 'cos of the low capacity of the slim.

Yeah it's 14500 smooth bit tricky to use IMO. Is yours in SS? If you have the carbon tube with your Leo then your smooth SS locking ring will be under the carbon sleeve locking ring, be very careful if you try to separate them, the carbon ring is very thin & quite fragile. Delanie shipped them as separate pieces for those that ordered the carbon tube on the first run of the Leo.

Yes i find they can be fiddly but the Ebaron GV telescopic tank which is for the killer i find really simple, once it`s set it`s done as the bottom screws of and srews back up to were you set it, a great tank by the way.

Just got the scuba/diver myself, very good indeed.
