If the light is constantly on no matter what you do then you need to leave it until the light uses all the charge in the battery and goes out. This could take a few days depending on what charge is left in the battery. Once light has gone out place the battery back on charge until it says it is fully charged. Once fully charged use the battery for 5 to 10 minutes and then put back on charge. Once it says it is fully charged again your battery should be back to normal.
