Confused newbie

Hi everybody

Ive been lurking for the past week and have finally decided to post

I have been smoking 5-10 lamberts (more on weekends) for the last 10 years and have tried quitting a few times with no succes. So after having a baby i think its time to try something new.

I think i know most of the basics but im still confused of what kit to start off with(theres soooo much choice) what strength juice? And how much would i go through in a day?

As for juice as you dont smoke a huge amount i would try 18mg but maybe buy a small bottle of 24mg in case you need higher. As for quantity it all depends how much you vape. I get through 5ml a day roughlyy but the normal is about 3ml but it could be less.

A great value starter kit with 2 batteries, 2 quality clearomisers and battery charger (everything you need hardware wise):

E-liquid is good value here and the 10ml sample size are great for trying out different flavours until you find what you like.

As far as how much and what strength of juice you will need I would suggest ordering a couple of strengths say 12mg and 18mg. I personally use 18mg and as a heavy vaper would get through about 5 - 6 mls a day. My daughter on the other hand uses 12 mg and would get through about 1 - 2 mls a day. It all depends on the individual.

Just to add the joose juice stuff will need to be left for a week once you get it to let the flavours infuse properly, this is called steeping.

wenz, to AAEC, a great and friendly place for all vapers.
The common mantra on here is spares for your spares..but at least make sure whatever you get you are not going to be caught out when your battery needs charging.(or to put it an other way, at least two batteries.)
As for the amount of juice you get through, I would normally see about 4mls as my average, but that's because I do so enjoy the particular flavour. If I'm away at work it can drop to 2 / 3mls.

Oh, and I'd vote for the evod kit rather than the itaste one, mostly because it has two batteries.
