Ciggy Cravings.

I carry a car to of a fairly foul baccy flavoured juice, I carry it around in case I get the craving, I vape it on high volts to get a nasty throat hit every once in a while. Craving soon goes.

This sounds rather severe for my tastes.

I have plenty of very pleasant high MG flavours and any foul tasting flavours go down the Cludgy these days.

I must say that I don't see the point of vaping a foul tasting, high MG e-juice and giving myself a sore throat, when a pleasant, high MG e-juice would also stop any craving or sore throats.

I suppose its my own style of aversion therapy, associate the bad cravings with foul taste. I give it a couple of minutes to clear the lungs and get back on the blackcurrant and liquorice. Dont get the bad cravings so much now, given the choice of a fag or a vape and its no choice.

to my shame I was out on the lash saturday with someone who still smokes the stinkies.

walking home ( I can't manage to walk and vape yet) I asked for 'just one - go on - to see if I still don't want one'

but to their credit they told me to do one and get my sonic screwdriver out

so glad to say I am still completely stinkie free since end august - phew - the perils of alcohol eh
(didn't manage to miss the curry-house on the way home though)

Aah yes. I still have not found a decent Chicken Tikka Masala e-juice yet.
