I purchased some coils and empty bottles from Health Cabin and was notified today that customs had returned them. Health Cabin just gave me an automatic refund. I feel very sorry for them as this sort of thing could damage their business.

That's really not a good sign if empty bottles and coils are getting returned. Sounds like China are shutting the door on us a bit.

I am not sure how much they can see when they inspect the packages. Maybe they thought the empty bottles were full of something.

Lol. Sent health cabin a request asking them to look into it. Reply was 'wait more days please good customer'. Love it.

Will give it another week and ask for a refund. Doubt ill order from HC again. Second order not to turn up. Think ill stick with fast tech.

Well. Got an email this morning saying the parcel had been returned to them. Was only tanks, heads and drip tips.

Seems nothing is getting through.

From what I have read a parcel will get returned if it is with a batch and even 1 item fails the xray they return the whole shipment which could be a few hundred parcels.

Nothing was on the restricted list. Two BCC megas. 6 drip tips and heads for the BCC's.

individual parcels that dont contain any banned gear can still get returned if they are on the same pallet as banned ones.

Ridiculous isn't it.

I've not had a successful order with HC. Not their fault thought but think ill stick to FT from now on.

To be honest all Chinese vendors have shipping problems its the way they deal with them that matters TBH,to get cheap postage we are using really low priority services.The fact so much stuff gets delivered is a credit to the system IMHO.It would help if the trasport companies stopped changing the rules and the vendors stopped trying to bend them!
