That's fine I guess if they actually go via the hcigar section, but some people will go straight to a product from google and there is no notice on the product page of it being a clone.

They may not know who HCigar is or may not know that HCigar is not the original manufacturer of the real thing.

Look vapegeek I'm not trying to be funny or anything, infact was trying to help you out initially.

Working in the Internet business since the Internet started and developing e-commerce stores for the past 10 years, believe me when I say there are nubies who won't have the foggiest what hcigar is and that they aren't the real manufacturer.

There are nubies and competitors alike who would relish the chance to report you if you are not adhering to the laws of the land (or being EU compliant)

I mean how difficult would it be to put the word clone on the product page.  Why are you so against doing that ?

Would still be nice and would show your complete transparency for there to be a proper statement stating that this item is a Chinese copy of the German made Taifun GT Tease-smiley

p.s. you might want to add SSL for the parts of your site where users register an account and where they login etc as currently those details are transferred over the unsecure http protocol.

and before you say it, I know other sites do similar, but why not get one up on them :-)
