First off let me say this is a request for help not an attack in any way shape or form, l think joosiejuice are brilliant in every way but with it being a weekend l doubt if they will be able to respond so am coming here to see if its just me having the problem.
I am trying to place an order with them and have gone all the way through to checkout and the only option is Paypal but it will not work their end - it logged me into my paypal but didnt take the money,
when you go to pay it does come up with a red line saying use alternative payment method but l cant find out how to - l have tried changing payment options but it only gives me paypal as an option.
has anyone else come across this and if so did you find a way round it enabling you to make the payment and complete the order please??

Hi ripple27, I had a similar problem with myepack a week or so ago... it asked me to select an alternative payment option, but there was nowhere to do so... turns out it was a problem with their site. The following day it worked fine... hopefully JJ will be back up and running properly tomorrow

JJ works weekends if you send an mail now they will probably reply this evening

i had a similar issue the other day but it was because my card wasn't working for some reason, so used alternative payment method
