If you are referring to "Order departed from sorting hub" that only means it has left main sorting office to go sit in a queue at airport to go through customs to then join another queue to try get on a plane

Got my SS Vamo V2 from VB delivered today. Thought it would be same as one I got from them before the summer. I am really disappointed.
Differences.

Display is much dimmer and not nearly so clear.
machining is much rougher and brushed finish is rough.
Display is slightly squint
Buttons have turning marks and badly made.
On old one when you press a button to change power or voltage it is when you release the button it changes...if you hold to get resistance or voltage the power of voltage does not change. Perfect.
On the new one when you press the button the voltage or power changes, so holding to get resistance or battery voltage means you then need to set the voltage back again. This is really annoying having it operate differently. I can fix all the machining but not a lot I can do about the operation or poor display.

Worst of all though is using it. Last one, I vaped at 6.5 watts , I have tested in past and is 6.5 watts for real, new one..needs a setting of 15 watts to get same power if that. Also when changing battery it loses its settings both mode and watts and reverts to mode 1 voltaget at 3 volts.......Its just absolute crap.

Bought from VB because I thought it would be same as old one. It is not, it is absolute crap in comparison.... hopefully a fault and they will replace. So now I need to think how I am going to describe the faults to them at VB.

Single battery
At 6 volts setting ( no atomiser) I am getting max 4.2 volts out. Clearly faulty.

Two batteries.
Output is as expected. So clearly not managing to boost voltage.

You will get an email with a tracking number once it has been shipped  .... most orders appear to be sent via Sweden Post  ...  it usually takes about 3 days for the tracking site to show any info on your package.

My tracking page was annoying. My order was recorded a day before yours fiddles, but didn't depart from sorting hub until 3 days after yours. Gutted. I suspect they were even ordered the same day, just a couple hours apart...

Hoping my parcel comes before the weekend. My Nemesis clone just arrived from FT, and I'm already loving it. Want to try it with the Russian.

WTF! ... I ordered mine the same time as you fiddles and my tracking still says "4/12/13  order departed from sorting hub"    ... you got friends in low places?

Same with my Vamo - no update since sorting hub. And Vamo sits in its box while I await a response from VB.
Has anyone had any comms from VB since Friday? Not heard a peep from them since raising the issue it is faulty.
