first proper 'healthy' cough

got me my first cough since vaping and my nose is running and i feel so healthy! it s a proper virus cough and not a gunked up lungs cough its great

I have never known anyone be so happy to have a cough spikey

I have COPD and suffer from a tickly cough all the year through,along with the runny eyes and streaming nose, horrendous in windy weather.
Dr says it will never clear up, it is the results of being a smoker for years, albiet a moderate smoker without inhaling!

When I smoked I used to always get really nasty chesty cough after a cold that would go on for weeks.
Now I get a dry cough that lasts for a day or two after a cold

normally with a cough, i'm hacking my guts up and snorting snot everywhere. capisce?! now i'm 'cough cough deep breath', which is amazing in itself, and no projectile congested mucus out the nose.
and i havent had any sinus pain this year happy days!

Better with my cold remedy .... Lemsip, Whisky, Hot water and a spoon of sugar sounds yuk but actually quite pleasant as far as "Medicine" goes

Shifts even a heavy cold ... only down side is you sweat like you have just run a marathon
