Have looked at 2 vendors that sell these, 1 is saying...with removable drip tip ....2 is saying non removable drip tip. Do the genuine ones come with this variation or are the non removable ones clones? I am confused

I only know about Kanger's mini protank. The older version came without a removable drip tip but the newer version now comes with a removable drip tip. I've got 2 of the older ones but have just ordered the new version with removable drip tip

No, I've got the number 2 with fixed drip tip, but there is a newer number 2 with a removable drip tip - they are both versions 2, one with removable and one with fixed - confusing eh

When they first brought out the V2 they had a few problems so they stopped making them, I think they did some minor upgrades to the V1 and called it a V2. Now they've sorted the V2 out properly they are doing the one with the removalble drip tip and calling it V2. A V2 latest version should have a removable drip tip and you should be able to completely disassemble it and replace the tank if it gets broken. Confused!?

Confused!? what were the problems with the first V2 ??? I haven't had any problems with my 2 version 2's. You know it would have been less confusing if they had called the removable drip tip ones V3 How hard would that have been

I think they had problems with the body/tank seals.
The latest V2 also has a "beefed up" connector as in the V1's people were breaking them too easily.

Seals - what seals - oooops you mean the little rubber thing? The first one I got had no little rubber thing (seal?), the 2nd one came with one little rubber thing (seal?), so because the first one didn't have the little rubber thing (seal?) I took the little rubber thing (seal?) off the 2nd one. Both work fine with no little rubber things (seals?)

If we are talking genuine kangertech All V2 had removable drip tips if it hasn't then either its a v1 or a clone I got my 2 from 2 different places, one in the UK and the other over here in Tenerife. They both came in genuine Kanger boxes so they'd better be genuine. The first one I got over here in Tenerife cost me 25 euros so that had better be genuine, the second one I got online from one of our reputable listed vendors on here, around £12. Both boxes stated they were version 2's.
