Feeling so pleased..but

Why isn't my avatar animated? There was I, feeling so proud of myself for being able to change my avatar to something for Christmas...but it isn't animated as it should be...what have I done wrong? Don't even know where my original one is now ...can someone tell me what to do

Find the avatar you want and right click it and click on save as to your desktop and upload via personnel settings.

The image must be a GIF

Romelee I'm doing it on an ipad. I saved it to my photos and uploaded it in my profile. The original one was animated so presumed it would be when I did it

padiho click on the image and see if it is still animated, sometimes saving the image can stop the animation.

Yep, thank you Super-Shiny , I noticed it was your middle twinkly. Hopefully Padiho can do it, if not, I'll pop in & give it a go.

I will have to try tomorrow on the laptop I think. I'm on the ipad at the moment and although it's saving it, it stops the animation. Jess I don't know the link...I just saved image on ipad and then took it from my photos...sorry for being so thick...I'm going to need help after Xmas putting back my original again now...if I can find it again
