I've been using my nemesis clone for a week now and I find the little brass pin in the switch keeps coming adrift and jamming the switch, I realise it's due to me adjusting the the lower contact and have a longer top contact on order to resolve. I've also found when taking apart the switch you have to keep a close eye on this pin as if you drop it on the carpet it takes a while to find So yesterday I took the itch apart and applied the smallest amount of metal adhesive to the pin groove and then refitted the pin and allowed to fully cure for 10 minutes, buttoned it all back up and no more issues with pin jamming. Early days yet but so far I'm happy and jam free. If you try this please ensure you only get a thin smear of adhesive and only in the channel, you don't want to glue anything else together !

Nice simple solution.
I've repaired a couple of these, one with solder and the other by brazing.
Let us know how the glue method works out, it could be the way ahead.

I've been using mine for a wee while now, and never actually taken the switch apart yet, so haven't had a problem. I do usually set up the top pin to the atty I'm using, then adjust the bottom for the battery.
Although until VERY recently I have been leaving the switch too loose. By that, I mean with too much throw. Such that the switch kept sticking on the body as you had to "throw" past it to fire. Finally figured it out now though, so all is good just now.
Should also mention, I love the mod so much, I recently ordered another one, this time in Brass, so I'll be mixing them up. Might have to order the magnets for the switch mod too. Are the FT ones any good?

I believe the ft ones are a little weaker than the original ones and some have had issues with the weaker ones, especially in 18650 mode or with a big atty. Best not to adjust the switch screw but tighten it right down and nip it tight with pliers otherwise it can come loose and continually fire the mod. If you think you ned to loosen the switch screw your better not doing so and buying the longer upper contact screw.
