This discussion will probably never end... Almost all electronics being made are bound to have some components in there that come from china if not all components are. If it would be produced in the EU or US it would cost 10 times more for absolutely everything...
It's the same with food. The ingredients are being made in countries where it's cheap to make them. then it gets shipped to the EU or US and made into the final products (if even that happens). It's still cheaper to ship everything from the end of the world than to make everything local, it comes down to economics. The world has become too big, to many people, to much consumption requirements... The world would not be able to support itself otherwise so nothing will be changing unless we go back to way way back making our own food, clothes and others and then we'll be spending £3000 for a tv that's immensely huge with a little screen why? because we won't have the local resources to make anything smaller or create technology because there is no money or a cheaper labour force. The other down side to all this is it has turned us into a throw away society .... the amount of repairable items going to recycling centres or landfill site is now totally unsustainable .... Most people don't realise but it cost roughly £85 a ton(gov landfill tax) to send all this waste to landfill sites and this has to be paid for by every one of us through taxes that is why we are being railroaded into recycling what we can as it costs a fraction of this to dispose of things that can be recycled Take almost any item in our houses ... It costs more to repair faulty goods than to just buy another one !!!!

People have different needs and indeed wants. It is very easy to have a real conscience when you have the resources and finances to enable you too. If money was no object and availability was good, a very high percentage of the vaping community would be buying the original mods etc, there would always be a percentage that would still buy cheaper clones, because that is people. This all leads to idealism and it will never work, as we all have different needs and wants. I do not have the right to criticize people that cannot afford the originals, and I choose not to criticize those that can. Blimey that was heavy for a Sunday. Now for some chill time.

I have a neighbour, an older man who never married, a bit of an eccentric and an amateur inventor/tinkerer ... he welcomes all broken electrical, mechanical ,metal, wooden and plastic objects which he then performs his magic on and donates the repaired item to local charities to help the homeless and poor. If any of you have any usable vaping equipment that you no longer need and which is not worth selling, then I would suggest passing it on to someone else FOC ... these are hard times for a lot of folk and it is much better to help where we can rather than have unused items lying unused in a drawer. Any broken vaping items (even used atty heads) should not be binned but passed on to raid2506 who can always find a use for them when he offers his free repair service ... top man our Raid.

FFs, the moral high-ground . Next time you order a 50'' flat screen ( made in China) - maybe order a 42'' (made in China) and with the spare dosh', maybe donate it to www.wildlifeaid.org.uk/ - I do, when I can afford it. Does that clear my conscience, so I can buy most of my mods and stuff from China, as opposed to paying over inflated prices, from the UK? - Perhaps I will have a think about it, whilst I browse the 'new arrivals' section. If your 50'' flat screen was £100 cheaper round the corner, which one would you buy? - I just regret not finding FT just before I started vaping. Some of the UK vendor's prices are of 'Dick Turpin' proportion - There are some UK vendors, I don't mind spending my money with because, they at least keep their prices, fair.

Did someone mention watching TVs? I myself, prefer watching women, in women's clothing, but each to their own. I suppose TVs are a clone of sorts then, and it would be totally unPC to say they are wrong. So there we have it - clones are ok - proved by science Right, back to my jcol custard

Right, back to my jcol custard Are you vaping it? If so whats it like? My stance on clones and working conditions are. If the factory wasn't making the clones etc... they would just be making something else, and these workers would still be in the same working conditions and in a country like China, work is work. Its down to governments etc.. to try and improve a different countries working practices, but after Cameron's recent ass licking tour of China i doubt that will really happen. If the originals were more available, and even a little cheaper, then the vendor would surely sell more? but maybe the cynic in me thinks that by deliberately keeping a low supply going, that demand and prices will be kept high. Wasn't the Kafun lite just released because of the Russian 91%? As i remember some vapers saying that with a KFL at £70 why would anyone choose to pay £50 more for an air control valve? (apologies if i dont get my point across, i am not very good with words)

jcol - mixed it up 24 Nov, and vaping away now. So far (well, at the moment) its my favourite custard mix, but I'm not getting the whole custard thing as much as I thought I would. I've not tried grants, in fact I've only vaped my own mixes. Its ok, but nothing can beat my anise ADV.

to end the argument put it this way you go to Currys using this as an example : no theres no 1000" tv!!!!!!! A: Phillips 1000 " tv £699 B: Tecknica 1000" tv £299
A: is made in the UK B: Made in China............take it apart both screens made by same company only difference is circuit board both do exact same,B is a clone
basic comes down to affordability,we pay what we can afford for something,if its as good as the original were happy or not,a lot of Ecig suppliers £££ is made on Eliquid, not mods, so in end its swings and roundabouts...on downside like anything if FT can make a profit and you then get a vendor who blatant tries to sell it at highly inflated ,then there is no wonder people will turn to clones
