100ml is the perfect amount when you are starting out though. Mixing aint for everyone, some people find it too much of a PITA, so best starting out not spending too much. Bear in mind that I bought 2KG in the group buy, so it cost around £115 delivered (roughly). That's a LOT of money to be spending if you hadn't tried it before, especially as I had only ever bought 100ml of nic base before. But then I like a bargain, so couldn't say no. In fact, I was very close to buying another 1/2 KG in the VG nic base group buy, but I really don't think I need any more nicotine for a while now, lol.
On another note, I didn't realise there would be a difference in prices between different branches of Boots for the bottles. 25p in Arbroath compared to 17p in Forfar (both including the child proof caps). I think my 32 bottles will be enough for just now though.

Chemists seem to charge what they like from round the back counter. Ampulla has a great selection of types and sizes, best to buy in bulk loads. When I've used the nic filled bottles, I will then use them with a dropper for mixes. Mixed my first RA from concentrate as a trial this morning, its so easy! Once I get my delivery I will decant all I've got and freeze. Then I will order another litre a month from then on. I wont start to even need my chest freezer for a while as we have a large fridge freezer indoors. Once the bottom drawer is full I will consider storing in larger containers in that outside, in my shed. I can't see me ever buying ready mixed juices again. Using an RDA I find 12mg too much and 6mg better, which further increases the amount of eliquid I will have. What I need to do next is put together a list of recipes! gratefully found through this site!!!

1L per month? That's gonna be a bit much no? I was calculating at 18mg that 1L will last me around 3.5 years (maybe a bit more). My current hope is that I can reduce my nic levels such that the 2L I have bought should last me until I can quit nicotine completely. If not, I can buy another couple litres when I'm 45, and another couple when I retire, lol.

A litre a month till I have about 6! I have just under 2 now. Mines for 2 people, though the other half I reckon can stop easier. I'm sure some peeps will take any I don't need off my hands LOL!

Notice you are not filling your bottles full. You should minimise the air space at top, as any oxygen left in there will oxidise some of the nicotine. So best to fill to the bottom of the bottle neck. This leaves enough space for expansion of the PG after warming back up again should some air have seeped in through the cap whilst it was in freezer. The nicotine manufactures flood the bottle space with Nitrogen, or an inert gas to expel any oxygen.
Then keep upright in storage so the nicotine is not permanently in contact with the plastic seal of the cap. Place in sealed plastic bag, or certainly open end up bag up, with a bit of bubble wrap to protect the glass bottles against knocks or ice forming around them long term, and should one leak the plastic bag will contain any spillage.
Anyone spot the deliberate error on xs2's labels?

Ha ha ha ha ha. Oops. Forgot the fecking year, lol. I was indeed testing you all.
The rest of the bottles are quite full tbh. It's just the first 3 are lacking due to the way I was measuring them out. I wanted them all to hold the 100ml, but when it came to pouring them out, I was doing 700-800ml measuring jug-fulls, so ended up with 3 bottles a little short. The rest are filled to the bottom of the filler neck.
In hindsight, I probably should have just mixed it up and filled as many bottles full as possible. The nic base is all upright in the freezer though. Never thought about bagging them up mind you, but they are all in their own tray, so any leaks will be confined to the "nic tray". Good call on the bubble wrap too. Unfortunately there wasn't enough bubble wrap included with the nic base, so will have to go hunt some out. Although, saying that, they are pretty tight in the drawer, so the added bulk of bubble wrap may be too much, lol. (They aren't really THAT tight).
@zero, that is a good point with the labels. BUT, I aint selling this stuff, so I know what the 72mg means, and will be diluting it anyway.
