Am going to do some mixing today and on my list to do I was thinking of mixing a rhubarb one and pie crust together to give me rhubarb pie. My question is how much percentage of rhubarb would you put against percentage of pie crust? Rhubarb concentrate is by thealchemistcupboard and is organic - it wasn't in the capella range of flavours only organic Pie crust is by Flavour West E.g. if I was using say 15% rhubarb would I add just 5% of pie crust to it so as not to overpower the rhubarb with the pie crust

You could always make them up separately, then combine the two together once you've got the flavouring percentages to your tastes . . . I haven't used that particular Rhubarb, but CCW's I use 8-10% in Rom's Rhubarb & Custard.
You might want a little sweetener in there as well, if it's quite a sharp flavour.

also i find it best to start with small amounts of flavouring as its easier to add a little more, but hard to water down over powered flavours (one of Perps many tips )
