Hi to all.... So I thought I'd create a post to make sure all new vapers are Indeed vaping correctly. As many newbies including me make the mistake of smoking an e CIG as they would a real cigarette. Is this the correct way to vape? No is the answer. When vsping you dont directly inhale the vapour straight into your lungs. You take soft and slow drag of an e CIG for about 4-6 seconds. Then hold the vapour in your mouth for 1-2 seconds and then inhale the vapour into your lungs then exhale. If you need more advice just ask.
Or simply Google or YouTube "How to vape correctly" for more help!
Happy Vaping guys!

Sorry but I disagree, people should vape how they feel comfortable, alot of vapers take lung hits straight from the clearo, not into the mouth then inhale exhale. Then some do vape like they are smoking a cig, sometimes I do I see nothing wrong with this
just my opinion steve

Fair enough steve. I was just posting the 'main' way people vape. As I see a lot of new vapers asking on here are they vaping the way most people do and asking how comes they don't produce much vapour.
Also scientifically speaking more nicotine is absorbed if vaping the way I explained.
Well that's what I've found doing research anyways.
Just trying to help. Lol

Irrespective of how you inhale/exhale etc it is worth mentioning that you should press the power switch for a second or two before you inhale to allow the coil to properly heat up and efficiently vapourise the eliquid and release it a second or two after inhaling to enable any excess eliquid to be vapourised and avoid leaking/gurgling. The slow inhale also ensures that the coil is not flooded as does not having too tight a draw. It is amazing how many leaking and gurgling problems are blamed on the clearo/tank when the real problem is the user's method of vaping.

I'd like to raise the most important thing though.
What ever works.
Lung inhale, mouth inhale, long draws, short puffs, whatever. Try different methods and use what works for you.

This ^^^^ . . . as helpful as you are trying to be VapeKingMikes, I don't know that it's good to suggest that there is a ' wrong ' or ' right way ' of vaping. Having captured a smokers attention, if we make it sound too faffy, it could act as a deterrent. Most smokers initially are looking for something that looks/behaves as a cigarette does. I know I certainly was.

While I essentially agree Perps, he does have a point about soft and slow draw .... when I let my daughter try my ecig for the first time, she sucked short and sharp as she would with a ciggy and ended up with a mouth full of eliquid ... I told her she should apply for a job with Dynarod as a drain cleaner ... but this sort of experience could put a smoker off vaping without giving it a fair go

Although there is / are no hard fast rules on doing it the right way, to get maximum benefit and nicotine absorption ....
1. press button, count to 1.76 seconds 2. slowly draw vapour in to mouth whilst still holding button for approx 5.82 seconds 3. inhale in to your (becoming more healthy each day) lungs 4. hold in as long as you wish but not to a point that your lips go purple 5. repeat the above but stop if you feel lethargic 6. feel tranquil for the next 2.18 hours
Please note all timings mentioned above are my own personal timings and may be slightly different for each person.

Breathe in, breath out. Same as the last 114 years. (oh, you might need to press "go/fire")
