Feel for you mate... nothing worse than having your own space being invaded by anything, especially if it's not your own fault. The insurance problem makes it even worse. A few years ago, I found out that I hadn't been insured for over a year while I was away working... I thought it was on auto-renewal and it wasn't. Luckily nothing happened, but I made sure next time.

Tell Jason you've lost your wallet with all your cards in it and your PayPal password, and then see HIM panic!

Really hope you get sorted soon, and can get some compensation from the guy's insurers. Do you know him or can speak to him calmly (at least at first)?
