Taste let down

Hi all... I'm feeling a bit frustrated (oooh errr!!) I'm still a newbie .. And currently using a vision spinner with evod clearomisers and coil heads 2.5 ohm but I'm just not getting the taste/flavour that I feel I should be getting (if that makes sense).. I normally have the setting on about 3.8 and have tried lower and higher .Maybe it's my taste buds changing but after a day of vaping I just get a flat dry tasteless vape !!

I'm no expert.

a) same eliquid ? Same eliquid over a few days can become muted in flavor, try rotating eliquids.

b) coil is funky, might need to dry burn to remove gunk.

c) wicks fouled up, might need to give them a good soak

d) battery drainage causing lack of power to fire up coils properly.

Like I said I'm no expert, and I'm hoping that someone corrects me or says yes I agree.

. yes it could be one or more of them reasons

. Is it the same flavour you are using all the time? Meaning your vaping the same flavour all day

Thanks for the replies guys.. Mmm possible dry burning which I haven't done before! I have a few clearos on the go but mainly vape one flavour in the day and another in the evening .

Yeah you could try dry burning. But as the coils are not expensive I prefer to just wack a new one in after a few days. If your using the same battery all day and its in the evening you get not much taste its probs the battery half dead. You should always have a spare fully charged battery

Thanks Vapekingmikez I do always gave an evod battery on charge as back up so it's def not a battery issue ! Could it be the juices at all ?

It shouldn't be the juices, if you get flavour from the liquid when you use it first time the rest of the bottle should be also as good. It has been known that when you get down to the last bits of the bottle the flavour fades but thats a rare case. If you use the same flavour for a long period of time you get used to the flavour so it doesnt taste as new, if that makes sense to you. Whos e liquid do u use?

One other thing you can do, which ive noticed is if you use a lower ohm coil it enchances the flavour, try get some 2.2 and 1.8 coils and see if that helps

Someone may well shoot me down in flames here but my biggest hurdle was finding juices that I actually liked the taste of - I got the nicotine thing and the throat hit thing and managed to stay off the cigarettes etc and I love acquiring new things (serious shinyitus - no cure yet). For me, the killer deal was finding juice that I actually really liked the taste of (I now have a few and they are all beginning to fall a little short of perfect but research ongoing). My considered opinion is that the gear doesn't matter; the juice is everything. If you find the right juice(s) then you can upgrade the gear to suit.

I agree loobiebloo .. I think that's my problem! I've bought loads of juices and still haven't found one I really enjoy!

That's a tricky one !! I think I'm more of a dessert fruity flavour kind of girl ????.. I was quite enjoying ecigarette depots vanilla custard, also tried and liked banana from myepack but ratio was too harsh and tried a few joosejuices samples like Apple pie and vanilla but wasn't very keen ! So maybe I just don't know what I'm looking for !!! I know I don't like any tobacco or minty ones !
