Can I ask where you usually buy your stuff from, either DIY or premixed? Just because like to see what sort of information a company you would buy from provides in terms of reassurance about their products so I can emulate it in some way. No worries if you don't want to though, I know it's a bit cheeky!

Quite agree, just pointing out the possibilities, I spent 40 years using a product without a clue of what was in it, now I'm vaping I want to know exactly what's going into my lungs.

I have previously bought all three from vendors who are on this forum.....But have had issues....Very poor quality.....But I wont mention them.

Since buying from DV & LF I have had no problems what so ever

So I'm in the corner of the "You get what you pay for " mob

Cheap ECig vendors will in the end ruin it for everyone of us......(But I am not saying you are in that)

That's interesting, thanks for your reply and encouragement.

I've just posted a poll partly to this effect in the general forum so if you'd like to throw your opinion in there that's be great.

I agree that both DV and LF both sell top notch liquids. I tried a few of them while I was developing my own.

We make all of our stuff with the highest quality ingredients possible to source in the UK (USP grade PG, EP grade VG etc), and we use highly accurate equipment and repeatable processes when mixing our liquids so you can be sure anything you might buy from us is consistent and top quality too.

This thread has made me start thinking about how I can display more evidence of this so we can be regarded as on the same level as those guys. Early days yet anyway, but thanks for stimulating my thoughts

Thanks, I'm getting good feedback so far. No unhappy customers yet that I'm aware of so it's off so a good start

The whole reason I started this business was because I didn't find it easy to get what I wanted from an online vendor, so I'm just trying to treat my customers as I'd like to be treated myself and provide the sort of product and experience that I would value.

Hope to see you at some point in the future anyway, and I'll get back to you about the confidentiality thing.

darkstar DV have a good rep in this young industry, LF as far as I know use Capella liquids, the way to succeed, especially in this forum, is to provide good customer service, feedback and good products at a competitive price.(not necessarily in that order)

As a new vendor you posted a bargain price for nic base and replied to questions which is great. the ordering process on your website is brilliant although if you increase the product range it might get a bit unwieldy but I found it so easy compared to other sites.

feedback will come when people have received their orders and tried out your product. wait for mine.

I'm glad you found the website easy to use. I put quite a lot of thought into it and building it that way wasn't an easy task given that 6 months ago I'd never had so much as a blog. Good point about the added complexity of a wider range of liquids though; it's something I have thought about and at the point where the range exceeds 30 flavours I will hopefully be able to have he site rebuilt with the help of a professional agency who will also be able to help me plan it out to cope with far more than that.

In the meantime I hope you enjoy the liquids and I'm looking forward to reading your review
