how do i make my own Concentrates and is it easy

you can make a menthol concentrate easy lots of guides on here.
basically you get 5g of menthol crystals from the chemist add to PG and shake until it disolves.
leave for around 2 days and add to taste.

I added mine to 20ml and used at 10% to make eliquid

but you can add to 10ml and use at 5% to make eliquid etc

have a read of any of the post on here. (just do a search)


cant help with apple or banana though.
