Another good day yesterday - 3 analogues smoked; 37+ analogues not smoked and I haven't even found my ideal juice yet. After ordering a load of tobacco juices I think that may not have been the way to go as am quite liking the menthol tobacco I got so think I'll try some mint flavours next without the tobacco flavourings. Might need to do a bit of mixing to adjust strength - 36 seems a tad too high, 24 a tad too low so presumably if I mix I'll end up with a 30?!

And still on the good news front I spoke to my boss last night and asked if I could use my e-cig in the office and he said yes!!

I'm using the standard resistance 510 atomisers on the 1100maH 510 batteries - does anyone have any suggestions on different (larger - longer lasting) cartridges I can use with this set up. The little round black ones it comes with don't seem to last very long.

Hi Tizer & well done to you!!! you are doing great! ask Jason about the smokeymisers i got them for my Riva they hold a fair bit of juice & lasts for ages before you need to re-fill Like you i'm enjoying the menthol & i mix it with some tobacco juice I'm waiting till my taste buds settle down before trying some flavours i have got arctic cherry juice that i'm looking forward to trying

You need to get away from atties asap if you ask me - I was using cartomisers off SkyCigs at first but they were junk.

There's some good 510 cartos you can get from Liberty Flights made by Boge www.liberty-flights.co.uk/product.asp?id=108

But the best vape I've managed is with either CE2 or CE3 cartomisers/clearomisers - either are a bit more labour-intensive than the Boge 510 cartomisers but last a LOT longer.

What did you think of the RY4 you got - I love it

HI Andy, yep another good day today - just 3 analogues again (and the third one is all the fault of my boss!)

I've got the perique black already from Kev but not tried it yet and I found the RY4 a tad too sweet - but that may well change. But the menthol is going down well for now so am happy to stick to that mainly and try the others on a more ad-hoc basis - kind of failed doing a taste test the other night - a bit like trying 10 perfumes and then not knowing which one it was you liked!!

Had a look at those Boge cartos but I don't understand the ohms bit! I know I cant use LR with my riva batts but I don't know what ohm level that means so am a bit over-cautious.

Well yesterdays 3 analogues jumped to 5 when I realised I was far too drunk to be able to refill a cart

Far too drunk for me these days doesn't take much - used to have hollow legs for alcohol but a couple of V&Ts these days and I'm a goner. So to add to the alcohol and tobacco vices, I also had a chip barm - dripping with butter and loads of s&v - at the time it all tasted absolutely gorgeous - now I just feel yucky.

But I have had a breakthrough of sorts - I've realised I don't actually like the baccy flavoured juices - shame I didn't realise it before I put my last orders into Kev & Jason

Although the menthol tobacco juice I have is okay, I much prefer it when I get a strong menthol hit in the vape rather than the baccy tone. So I'm going to get some menthol/minty/citrus juices as I think for now that's what will work best for me. Will be putting my baccy juices up on the swap/freebies board for any takers later.

Finance-wise although I've saved about £46 on analogues (not bad going for 4 days) I've also spent about £100 on e-cig supplies - wouldn't have been that much but when I bought the replacement charger for the one I destroyed, I splashed out on some other spares just in case. Obviously now I have bought them I won't need them.

Allowing for ordering a pick-n-mix this weekend and succumbing to 3/4 analogues a day, I should break even in a weeks time and then be up about 250 quid by the end of October - got to be good and just in time for the MOT on the car.

I know. I keep window-shopping for hours and hours and getting tempted to buy more and more. But I don't need to just now and I mustn't - I have enough riva batteries and attys to last months and months (touch wood) BUT I keep seeing shiny titanium / platinum things and go all do-lally. Half of them I wouldn't have a clue how to use either.

Yes I know there are video reviews and tutorials but main laptop has no sound, so can't hear a thing and netbook has sound but the touch-pad has gone caput and it is such a blinking hassle trying to get to and search t'interet when you can't click anything at all - need to make another trip into the black-hole that is the spare room and see if I can find my box of electric/electronic stuff as there may be a usb mouse in there along with various speaker; network; phone cables, modems, routers and loads of stuff with wires that half of which I have no idea what there for or why I have hung onto them for over 4 years and 2 housemoves. Why do we do that?

I've actually locked my purse in the car this morning cos it's heaving it down now and I don't have any credit on my paypal account so unless I want to get drenched I can't spend anything.

Anyway this morning, I wanted an analogue just to get me kick-started for the day and realised I didn't have any - which means that somewhere between Friday and Saturday I smoked 13 analogues - I honestly can't remember doing so - I thought I'd had 5 on Friday and 4 yesterday but there's another 4 gone (and no-one to nick them) that I have no recollection of smoking - granted I was a tad drunk Friday but I didn't think I was that drunk that I wouldn't be able to count

I used to think this too.... turns out 2 drinks = about 8 lol

My theory now, i count the glasses so as long as its the same glass then it just counts as the one
