Fuming with MyEPack (resolved)

I am so angry. So here's the story, I ordered an MVP from myepack and received it the very next day. Since receiving it I had issues with it not firing properly. I contacted myepack and Ash there told me send it back and I'll replace it so I did 1st class recorded delivery which cost me £6. They received it on a monday, come Thursday I havent had a replacement or heard anything so I emailed them. Ash called me on the phone and said I can't find s problem with it I've been using it for 2days, so I said it wasn't working for me, me and another person tried it and it didnt work. So he said ok that's fine I'll send you a replacement tomorrow. I have today received a parcel from myepack and guess what..... Its my exact same MVP!! I am fuming, I have emailed myepack and waiting to hear back. I am so angry cost not only did I have to pay to send it back and received the same one back! I had no means of vaping all week and had to smoke fags which has cost me 40quid this week! I am so angry and upset after sending a lot of money with myepack!

I seem to recall from a previous thread on this a few suggested the problem was with your atty so if you sent it back and ash fitted a good atty then he would rightly conclude there was nothing wrong with it. Have you tried different atties on it preferably one that works ok on another device ?

Yes I had tried pro tank 3 and evods and it didn't work. So your saying that after telling me he will send a new one its ok to send me the same one back?

well if he has repaired it and it works - then yes he can send the original back.

And I am also sure that you have more than 1 mod or battery - if not get yourself from a shop nearby a simple ego battery - my protanks work really fine on them - no need for fags

I understand that if he fixed it and sent it back that's fine. But telling me I'll send you a new one is not right, that's like telling somebody I will give you a new fone but they just give you your one back

what i get with my mvp frequently is the center pin is to low and wont contact,so just lifted it a bit all fine

ps turn it off before you try lifting pin


give you an idea, use iclear 30s all fine,add term to it wont fire,lift pin term c will fire ,use iclear same happens again

Yes i am. You told him it didn't work but it did ! Sounds like user error to me

Yes it does work,
its a brand new replacement sent although the one that was returned is working flawless and I have added that to my personal collection,

VapeKingMikes hadn't checked what was inside the package before posting on here.
