Wake up, shower, cup of tea and start vaping until I go to bed. Only vape down stairs though but have started vaping in the car.

I wake up in morning, make (very strong)coffee, drink coffee then vape. Same as I used to do when smoking. When smoking I only used to smoke in one room in house (my "den"), now I vape all over the house. I vape more than I used to smoke, but don't worry too much about it. Yep, think I'm a vape aholic too  |

OBSESSED that's me! Everywhere I go vape goes too! I panic if I can't see my 'pipe' especially while I'm at work.

7:20am in the car, then during the day when I need a top up.
Don't get that I need a smoke with cuppa anymore, I broke that routine last year when I stopped smoking.

Some routines changed, others didn't. Before smoking in a morning I had to brush my teeth and make a cup of tea. Couldn't drink/smoke with morning breath!  Can't vape with morning breath either. But I did notice I had less of an urge to vape than I did to smoke and can go for ages without a vape (currently a week and a half!) which would have been unthinkable when smoking. I didn't used to smoke in the bedroom at all though (the smell!) and don't mind vaping in there now. The OH is constantly puffing away even while I'm abstaining for a bit and it doesn't bother me at all  |

I think I am the same as most, my vape goes where I go, in the car (although wierdly I dont when there are other people in the car!), downstaris, upstairs - If i wake in the night, yep, quick vape before going back to sleep, then when wake in the morning the alarm goes off and I grab a quick vape before my shower! |
