Vaping? JacVapour. I can probably answer.... what do you want to know?
tag me, and I'll write more fully.
b.t.w. your side effects are to be expected as you quit nicotine for 18 months. It'd be like you taking up smoking half a pack of lights a day again.
You have a tough choice. Firstly, I wouldn't suggest going up.

What DiscoDes said. I started vaping on 12mg as the bloke who sold me my first liquid said it would be equivalent to smoking a tag. Nope I was constantly vaping just to get that nicotine satisfaction. Read a similar article, upped to 18mg and now 6 nice vapes and I'm done for a good hour and a half ish.

Thanks again for so much advice. I had the pre filled PG carts that came with the starter kit and also I got some VG juice in tobacco and Red to try. I can say I am not getting satisfaction from any of them. Before I got the kit I had an E Lite, that's PG, I was vaping on that all day as well, and never got enough of the nicotine hit. I must admit, I find it weird. I smoked for 30 years and the last 10 years I only smoked 12 a day of Marlborough Lights. I think I will probably order some 18 mg carts or juice and see how I get on. Its not a case of giving up for me as I did that and found that my stress levels went through the roof even after 18 months off the cigarettes so I want the nicotine, I am much happier and calmer with it, I just want to to get the right levels.

Just be careful about throwing good money after bad cmoc. I really think you'd be so much happier with an ego style battery and clearo rather than with the cartos.

have you considered trying a menthol type eliquid? I only mention as my daily vape is 'Minty The Toff' by T-Juice. Obviously its minty toffee taste...but the mint gives me a kick like a mule (throat hit) which has been the nearest eliquid to satisfy me in the way a cigarette hit used to feel? Obviously I'm using variable voltage with an iclear30s tank but I know members say that a menthol gives a nice kick

Myself also, a better set up really leads to an improved, more satisfying vape . . . very often regardless of upping nic strength. Thanks again. I have put all the suggestions for upgrades on my favourites for later. I have only just paid out £54 for this kit so want to get some use out of it. I am trying the longer puffs but still not enough nicotine. I am trying out the VG juice at 11mg now and its like sucking on fresh air. Have just ordered prefilled 18mg strength carts, to see if I can get the strength right, this is all a learning process, it seems.
