Have you used that very nice looking topper, on the mvp, with the same coil and same juice ,set at the same voltage or wattage?

The Russian 91%? I have to say all my Rba tanks perform better on SVD then MVP , with the same coil builds at the same watts/ ohms, why ? How? I can't say but I can definetly tell the difference.
