Do we get a reasonable amount of notice - of venue and date - (i'm still officially a newbie) so I dont have previous years experience

I know we are getting a bigger, better venue but I do hope it isnt the sort of thing that gets sprung on us ??? as it needs planning and an entire weekend...

In a little over 30 hours you'll know more than you need to.

In 31 hours time you'll all be preoccupied with bitching about how it is too far North/South/East/West and maybe some of you will have figured out the significance of the post I made two pages back...

Ha, I never complain about distance - just rush to see if you can drive/get train or fly there reasonable

I once did Liverpool - Aberdeen for a concert, flight cost £23 return! where theres a will - theres a way. It helps if venue is city based as travel is cheaper. Issue comes when its ...off the beaten track arse-end of nowhere then its driving....which is pricey fuel costs nowadays

you are cheaper to get on a coach now than use your own car my mum got a return from leciester to london 21 for 2 people you can not do it in a car for that lol

If you lot staying with pep club together and buy my flashy brand new 2 bedroom plus living area tent that my neck, back, arms, and legs will not allow me to use
then I can afford to stay at the hotel nearby to rest my weary bones. ( unless it's somewhere posh, and they don't have a Travelodge )
