thanks fiddles - would I need the adapter also for the second one - the black one ? The second one (black one) has ego threads so it would not need adapter for protanks as to which is better I cannot say, I have the first one but not the second one

thanks fiddles - we like the look of the second one - so I guess I get it - just one more question - it says :Houses single 18350/18500/18650 battery - shall I go for the 18650 ? 18650 would be my choice, 18350 is nice & stealthy but you need to carry plenty spare batteries. Reading the reviews if you do decide 18350 on that make sure you get nipple top battery as seems to be problem with it when using flat top 18350 (no probs with 18650 though)

I'm a bit late to the party, but I wanted to mention that pipe bowls can only house an 18350 battery. An 18500 is about 50mm long and 18650s are 65mm long. (The battery name is rather crude - no more than its dimensions, with a 0 on the end. An 18350 is 18mm wide and 35mm long.) So why it states that it can take the bigger sizes is rather a puzzle. Anyone able to throw some light on this?
