You should have got an email saying the order was been processed, and then another saying dispatched if it has been. I am still waiting for an order from the 28th as well, but I have had the emails. I'm hoping for Monday. It wasn't a huge order but I need to get my mixing hat on  |

I had sent an email just to ask for an update and to let them know I hadn't received anything and could the check the address ect. No reply from them and still nothing delivered. Worried now...  |

Delivery is slow. My order was second class post and took 5 days to arrive from post mark.

My order arrived a couple od days ago, ordered it on the 28th feb. I had to pay an additional £1.20 charge as there was not enough postage on it. It was only under by 20p but the post office charge £1 handling charge.
