The throat hit is certainly the most important part of vaping for me

I'll tell you how I quit jaysey. I started at about 28mg/ml - I kept going back to cigs after 3 weeks (just a mechanical mod). I upped it in the end to 36mg/ml - and used a combo of NRT and e-cig (less e-cig if I used more NRT). I did that for 8 weeks before even trying to get it down and then only by a little. After 3 months I quit the NRT. I was a very heavy smoker (1oz of tobacco a day) and it worked for me and I'd tried lots of NRT in the past and gotten psychotic cos the nic wasn't strong enough. I think I started at 36mg/ml in the september and like got a VV mod in the october. That bunged my vaping up but I wasn't bothered. then I bust it . I got my first 18650 mod in the November and didn't look back (I still have it ) Really this was the semi dark ages. Way before clearos and tanks. There was a choice of carto - boges or kanger - and then there were carto tanks and that was about it. I did it.... Your friend will get there but they are not to quit trying the e-cig and yes throat hit was a big thing for me in the beginning. I still wanted a bit of smokers cough to make me feel I was getting enough
