Beautiful! And is it 100% confirmed. Yep, 100% confirmed! I made the guy repeat it three times and Mr D said whatever you do, don't cock it up as I won't be responsible for my wife's actions!  I didn't take pics of lounge and bedroom as there is nothing in them apart from carpet, although the bedroom has a mahooosive built in wardrobe, which I told him would be 90% filled my MY stuff!  |

I haven't even got the move in date till Tuesday, but they reckon it will be two to three weeks from now. Once I shake off this nasty cold and sore throat, I can see me entering panic stations trying to get rid of everything we don't need . |

The only thing I don't like is the nasty cooker hob. The oven is lovely. I will replace the hob. Can anyone tell me what you call those hobs that automatically switch off to the touch? My head is like cotton wool, I can't think straight.

They reckon two to three weeks from now. We will be told on Tuesday, but the guy did say we are welcome to pop down whenever we want to measure up for things like curtains etc. Just remembered hob name. Induction hob! |

Fab! Have you started clearing out and packing yet? Yep. We already sourced some free packing boxes a few weeks back. Mr D has been a bit slow doing it, but I feel bad saying anything as he also goes to work. I am gonna try to do what I can. Definitely sorting my glass and china stuff as I live with a butter fingers.  |

On a serious note for a moment... hopefully this news will help those members having various issues at the moment. Life is weird, to go from the depths of despair to unadulterated joy in the space of 24 hours. Anything is possible. Don't give up folks. BTW Dolly, you've also got the best time of year (Spring & Summer) to explore your new surroundings... can it get any better? |
