An update on NatureVape's excellent customer service. The Midi Pro tank had a faulty base. The 510 threaded boss was too small. Replacement sent out and received next day.

Can't give a personal report on the tank as it was bought for Angie and she won't let it out of her hand. She has just said 'You can get some more of these'.

I can hear her but can't see her for vapour.

My personnel experience with Naturevape, Ordered 2 N vape mini pro tanks and 1 N vape midi pro tank (slightly larger) have been using all 3 for about 3 weeks now and excellent vapour and taste from all 3. I emailed them about something and a very quick reply and helpfull. You can re wick the coils yourself which is easy just a little fiddly.

Update on NatureVape Pro Coil:- Don't put them in Aerotank or Protank 3

After 5 days both tanks have leaked. Just finished operation cleanup after one full tank emptied overnight.

Will order some of their dual coil type heads now.

I'm a technical numpty so I don't know but suspect it may be the lack of a cap where the 'chimney' joins the head.

smifee looking on their website it shows the coil with the silicone cap that seals to the central tube in the Protank, did you leave this out or was it not on the coil when you got it?

I thought Protank 1 & 2 Coil heads were OK in a PT 3?

But you can't use PT3 heads in a PT 1 or 2 i believe?

Although they show a silicone cap on the site pic, they come without one and I've had no problems with it. I have one of the DCD coils too in an Aerotank and it works great, no leaks/gurgles etc.

lardarse is there any reason you can't use a silicone cap off of another Protank head?

DiscoDes Yes that's the cap but they come without the cap. I presume the pictures are of Kanger heads before they recoil them.

I put the single heads in despite having read somewhere that they come without a cap and would probably leak. It was quite detailed which went right over my head. The conclusion was that the NatureVape dual coil head without a cap would not leak in an Aerotank or Protank 3 but that the single head would.

Thought I'd take a chance because Angie is using the N-Vape Midi Pro and I wouldn't have to have different heads for each of us. Kept a close eye on them for a couple of days and thought they were OK.

As smifee says Des I'd read elsewhere too about the cap/no cap, UKV if I remember rightly. One thing causing confusion is the coil for the Aerotank, it's not dual coil, just a single coil that's slightly different so it'll fit an Aero

On another matter with these I emailed naturevape this morning and asked if they use no resistance wire in their coil heads as I was concerened if they did not, the rubber grommet may burn.

Jake of naturevape replied promptly and confirmed they DID use NR wire on the legs, so no burning!

I will be purchasing a couple of these soon and will report my findings when they arrive..
