Now that actually sounds like it might be close...  I'm going to give that a go tonight, and maybe a 2nd batch with 1 or 2% vanillin added as well...  will report back!

OK, so nearly a week late, but just mixed up 2 batches of the above, the second with 2% vanillin added... now just to steep!  Still got about 70ml pre-mixed to see me through the wait, so should be ok

Yep sounds bout right then lol i went 15% capella custard 6% capella banana 2%d.d.l and coup;e of drops per 10ml of ethol maltol. Found that mix online somewhere. could do with 9% banana though, i added a little after.

Cheers dude, im loving my mix now. It seems to of really matured while steeping, and is really smooth.  mmmmnnnn Delicious
