In all seriousness, the JPL 7000 is a good piece of kit. I've had mine a couple of years now and use it at least once or week. It's actually paid for itself, the mrs cleans her jewellery in it, she paid to have it cleaned before. There's one taste it won't get rid of though, Pluid. That stuff kills anything perishable. I'd defineately buy another if this one goes pear shaped.

There's a JBL 7000 on ebay for a fiver ( one day to go ) but it's collect only from East London .. Bit too far

Bit too far I just looked at that, tempting as i'm in East London, but I worry secondhand that you do not know what chemicals have been used in it, at our club they use some fairly poisonous stuff in the cleaners. Got mine from Aldi too, £20 (i think) about 18 months ago. Have posted these pics before but for those that doubt that these things actually do anything i managed to salvage some concentrate that had crystalised with my USC, i know there are other ways to achieve this but it was a good experiment.
