It was good to speak to John, and like we agreed it was actually nice to know that it had happened to someone else because when it happened to john he felt so isolated and victimised by paypal, and when it happened to me i also felt isolated and victimised, but now we both know we are not along in this.
We had a good old chin wag and winge about paypal and john helped with some suggestions and ideas that worked for him.
That was really appreciated.
Hopefully we will be able to have an online payment system back up and running soon, however these things do take time.

Hi all just a little update for you, as you know we still cannot accept online payments but have an application with sagepay that we are waiting to hear back from, these applications do take about 3 weeks as they need to setup a merchant account etc...
In the meantime as you know we are working hard to still supply mods and atomizers and direct bank transfer seems to be working well for us and our customers, so do not be put off purchasing something just email us and we can guide you through direct bank transfer or other payment options.

We also have some great news on stock and products!

Firstly we have a batch of the IPV2S 60watt box mods from pioneer4you coming they will be dispatched this week.

As you know we are going to be changing the dynamics of m-vapes and will in the future be stocking logoless non branded mods and atomizers as a result of the recent events and also customer feedback 99% of customers said they would prefer cloned mods and atomizers without logos.
As we are metal finish specialists and have good contacts with out suppliers this is not a problem for us so keep an eye out for the new range!

Hi all i would just like to say thank you again for all your continued support though these tough times with payment issues.

Hi all good news! after many many many many many emails to paypal literally begging for help and explaining to them that paypal was our only form of income and by them restricting our mvapes paypal account and also our liquidmetalrefinement (other business) paypal account they had basically forced me into financial difficulties, i explained to them that there is a risk i could loss my house and not be able to feed my family. I got many automated responses basically saying the same thing and that there is nothing they can do, but i kept on and on at them each time stressing how critical it was that if something was not done i would be homeless!

Well eventually today i had a phone call from paypal and they said they can lift the restriction once i submit the online affidavit.
However they stated that i must not break the rules of the user agreement again and if i do the account will be restricted again.
I did try an explain that i had not actually broke the rules in the first place but that was still falling on deaf ears.

The lady i spoke to said that when the account was first restricted in June it was because of one product the squape atomizer, that time i had to agree to the online affidavit and the restriction was lifted, because the account was restricted again in October that is why nothing could originally be done as the lady i spoke to said the first time is like a warning and if the product is removed and the affidavit signed the account would be returned to normal which it was, but if it happened again it would be permanently restricted.
I do not know for sure but i have a strong feeling that this second time it was because of the squape reloaded and i think again it was StattQualm that filed the complaint with paypal. again i must stress i do not know this for sure and i am not pointing any fingers, however i would like to point out that if they knew the huge amount of stress and hardship this caused to me personally they might have thought twice about going direct to paypal, maybe a polite direct email would have been a better approach? Im sure from one vaper to another no one would wish someone to loss there home and not be able to provide for there family.

Anyway onwards and upwards We can now accept paypal again :-) But i must point out i do not want to go through this again and as part of our continued efforts to supply high quality unique products and stay the right side of the law all product we sell are now made to our own specifications and also unbranded and logo free, we are not breaking any trademark, copyright or patents, on any of the products we have listed. And we will certainly not be stocking a squape reloaded clone!

It does mean that our shop will look a little sparse while we work on creating and listing the new product range so again please bear with us,
We will also be stocking a range of manufacture own brand as this seems to be a rising trend and demand and they are actually coming out with some really good products, things like the tank crossing box mod by cigreen and also the freekshow rda by woltofo etc..
You will see that our nemesis range will no longer be called nemesis and will be unbranded and logo free they will also all be hand finished in house at m-vapes with either brushed or mirror polished finishes and they might be called something new i am thinking of giving everything we sell a space orientated name so maybe the nebula mod.

I am so glad you have got your PayPal sorted out but you may want to consider alternate payment methods just in case they whip the rug out from under you again.

Hi thank you, yes we still have our applications going through for other payment options should the worst happen again and we have our other test store on standby incase we need to integrate our new payment with that.
But for now our store is back to normal with paypal payments

Glad to hear things are picking up for you buddy.

Also really like the sound of stocking manufacturer branded stuff.
The likes of the infinite CLT, Tank crossing and the freakshow look great.
Think it's gonna be the way things go in time.. Logo-less or own design.

The freakshow is actually a pretty blatant rip off of the N22 RDA but they have changed it up a bit and avoided any logos which makes all the difference
