 to the forum and good luck with your first day, my tip would deffo be try loads of juices......once you find the one, the sky really is the limit...dont panic or worry, never put too much pressure on yourself.....and most of all enjoy

Hi gill2009 To save you searching lots of threads. I had been a heavy smoker since I was about 9 or 10. I'm 65 now. 25 days ago I bought my 1st Ego cig. I haven't smoked an analogue cigarette since that day. You will get loads of good advice on this site. All you have to do is ask the question.  Just one thing: If anyone points you in the direction of "shiny's" ignore them  |
