What battery are you using? Size? Flat or button top? 18650 i have both a button top and a flat top and have tried them both with no joy  If my memory serves me correct (sold my nemesis a while ago now) that means you need all the tubes apart from the kick ring. if it still doesn't fire then it says that your problem could be elsewhere.. dodgy switch not making contact, dodgy coil, battery not charged, etc |

Yayyy ! its working thanks so much everyone for all your help  I had taken the 18490 tube off but had not taken the kick ring off so i took that off and its working now. Thanks for the pic
