Thanks everyone I really appreciate it I should say my better half Lynn has done her year too! And she was a more determined smoker than me as well. It's been remarkably easy but I think the key to success was getting the right advice early on because those e lites were pretty rubbish really
We dropped from 18 and 24mg ready made juice to 10mg mainly DIY, over the next year I'm going to drop the juice to 0nic and see what we feel like doing from there, we both love vaping but I'd like not to be dependant on the nic, even though there's enough in the freezer for about a decade

Now what shiny treat to choose?!? Hmmm
