I did not read the whole thing - but I would contact the vendor again -definetly

That is not applicable to items that are considered consumable,as the iTaste VV is,it's a battery so therefore is not covered by the above regulations.

I took delivery of one last week, also a MVP user here, found it great for out and about, nice and light, only downside it will not last a full day, but could always carry my MVP and charge it from that DOH lol.

I was just unlucky with the one i had but Phil @ lovevaping sorted it straight away and i now have another on the way as replacement and at £18.99 a billy bargain

Don't be put off, i got 2 of these for the Wife & she loves 'em, it's all she's using ATM.

She vapes at 4v, it doesn't quite last her a full day but that doesn't matter 'cos she's got 2.
