I can't believe YOU are asking!!! I don't have a Nautilus so I am at a loss as to what to suggest, it should work fine? I guess you've checked all O rings etc are seated right? I don't think it's phsically possible to put the heads on upside down. You've not added a extra seal anywhere? It's probably a vacume thing as it's not wicking properly, not much help am I? Hmmmmmm........

Maybe it just won't crank up to 10 (?) watts. Maybe it's not the Messiah, just a very Naughty lass. (oh, that's a bad one... I'll get my coat.... )

I find this a bit of a weird one as I have had absolutely no trouble at all with my Nautilus. What do you mean by soaked the carto ? If anything, I find that the nautilus has a tendency to very slightly gurgle on the 2 smallest air settings with too much juice being sucked into the head ... perhaps try yours on the smallest air settings and see if this helps wicking.

Before i insert the BCC i prime it first.....leave for 5 mins to soak up the juice.....the first couple of tokes are fine then the burning starts Defo a wicking issue....could it be that im using 50/50 pg/vg?????personally i doubt it

I just screw in a new head, fill up to the 5ml limit, let it sit for 5 mins, take a few dry tokes and away I go problem-free. A duff head would seem the obvious cause but 6 heads in a row is more than a coincidence.

I adored the Nautilus, great atty but can't use it any more even though i re-coiled it with cotton as i have a allergy to silica but even then i still can't use it as that shield inside i think is also made out of some kind of silica (took one out and flamed it but it burnt after awhile but that could be because it is really thin i don't know) either which way it caused my breathing problems again so it will be up for sale soon. I just now use the Aerotank with a microcoil and cotton using a 1.5mm drill bit with 10 turns and it's effing great: allaboute-cigarettes.proboards.com/thread/38247/aerotank-microcoil-cotton-guide-single?page=1Very gutted though as it is a fantastic atty.

another way to recoil the nautilus is i decided to strip a nautilus head down and i took the wadding and the shield out, then on the holes that draw the juice in i drilled 2 of the opposing holes with a 2mm drill bit, built a 1.6 ohm coil, put it up the bottom pin hole and lined it up with the 2 holes i drilled, stuck a needle through to hold the coil, bent the legs over and put the insulator and pin back in,(this holds the coil in position to thread the cotton wool in) and bobs yer uncle it toots like a steam train, this might be of some use to you shiny as it does away with the silica

Gonna stick with my Aerotank as i love it to bits, plus just waiting on the new Aerotank as i think that tank will solve all my problems. Got the already owned Aerotank down to a tea and is working fantastic: allaboute-cigarettes.proboards.com/thread/38247/aerotank-microcoil-cotton-guide-single?page=1
