I have chrones/ Uc and nicotine does help the condition, I have no idea why, but when I first started vaping I had 3 flare ups.
I went back to one ciggie a day along with the vaping, and everything calmed down.
It is the only consultant I have ever seen who has said do you smoke - yes- ok that is a good thing.
