Cheers for letting us know paolo, can you tell me what OP system / browser & version you are using and having problems with?

Win 7 and Firefox 28. It seems to freeze when I used the menus, it did load the pages eventually but was painfully slow, don't have problems with other sites either as I have fibre optic broadband.

Thanks for your comments @purple1234, Yes we are going to try and give as much info for beginners as we can without cluttering the site with garbage, its a fine line keeping it simple yet informative and there is a lot more work needed until i'm happy with it.
