Thanks all. I've found a good setup for me so far. Jut a simple 1100mah EGO and mini nova. But not liking the top coil wicking too much. Just ordered a vapeonly mini bcc, so we'll see how that turns out. It's all trial and error at this stage haha.

Hi drummerdude100 from me too. I started on cigalike batteries with a small 808 thread clearomizer which was top coil, it was OK but was leaking a little and was a pain to keep cleaning it, so I switched to a EVOD starter kit with a Mini Protank 2 (which is single bottom coil) and I really like it. The good thing with these bottom coils (BCC) on the Evods, Protanks etc is when they eventually get burned/used up, instead of just throwing the coil/head away, you can take it apart and make your own microcoil (with cotton wool), they give a much better flavour and vape compared to the stock coils. There is an amazing easy-to-use guide on the forum on how to do this once you have the confidence to try it out.
