My other vaping advantage

Thanks to the money that I have saved by vaping instead of smoking and that I have put by to spend on a little luxury, I am afraid I have not been very active on the forum for a while as I get that luxury item ready for the summer holidays.

Needing a fair amount of time (and money) spent on it, being that it is fairly old and has been well used, all of my vaping/smoking savings has been spent in the van, but at last it is nearing completion and we hope to give it its first trip away in 2 weeks time.

While I realised fairly quickly that vaping instead of smoking would be beneficial to my health and the health of those around me, little did I realise just how much smoking had been costing me or that I could still enjoy my nicotine habit yet also have the van I had been dreaming about for over long.

Anyways, hoping that I will soon be taking a more active role in the forum, preferably from a seaside location, overlooking some misty islands as the gold tipped mountains enjoy the dying rays of the setting sun.

Thanks Karma, I am keeping that in mind, but the first few trips will be closer to home in case my "good workmanship" is not as good as I thought it was and we have to come home in a hurry!!!!

I didn't really think about saving money, let alone buying anything substantial when I changed over to vaping. Indeed at one time I thought I would end up spending more on vaping than I did on smoking.

Now I just have to find some locker space for my Toilet Bag of belongs.
Oh and Mrs Lobey's 5 Kitchen Sinks worth of her clothes!

I thought you had two large white fluffy scatter cushions until I looked closer at the picture (I should have gone to specsavers!) it's your two dogs! and they do look comfy waiting for their holidays to begin

Aye they are some pair!

I go up there and as soon as the van door is open, before I even have my jacket off, they are up into the dog bed, eyes shut and out for the count.
They will not stir again until I put the jacket on to come down the road.

The good thing is that they are now well used to the van and should (hopefully) feel at home wherever we go.

Our first trip away will be to the campsite at Blair Drummond Safari Park and if the dogs don't behave we will be leaving with 2 Bichons and coming back with 2 Meerkats!

Well that is the first of our "Vaping paid for Holidays", done and dusted and we have had a great 4 nights in the "Vape Mobile Home".





Another few items to buy before we head off again to Arisaig for a 12 night break.

Aaaaaah well done and good on you lobeydosser. I loves my caravan too. We leave ours in storage at Devon and have had 2 weeks there in March. Just back from another 2 weeks and down again on 1st June for 5 weeks............ well until 6th July........................have to be home for my twin grandsons 4th birthday on the 7th. May you enjoy many, many more holidays in your " vaping mobile home " ..................Sue

Much as I would like to consider using the Vape-mobile for attending Vapefests, Mrs Lobey has her eye on golden beaches and deserted coast lines, and so The Sands of Morar are our next destination with Upper Largo to follow on.

I'm afraid I only get to work on the van.
SWMBO decides where we get to use it!!!!
