I don't know the procedure for having a vendor removed from the vendor list but think it's time for Myepack's status to be reviewed.
I made an order of 3 items and 2 wrong items were sent. Aspire BDCs instead of Kanger T3S and a 2 bay charger instead of a 4 bay. No response to my emails for a working week. Another AAEC member has tried phoning but no reply and no answerphone. He has had to resort to paypal to raise a complaint.
Members are still quoting their prices and recommending them to new members. How can Myepack's present state be brought to everyone's attention?

Hi, I have had a different experience this week. I ordered a few items and they forgot to put one in the post. I did have to call a few times but eventually spoke to someone. Resulting in the missing item being sent out next day delivery. Mistakes do happen but in this case resolved quickly.
Hope your issue gets resolved soon.

hello
now as i know myepack are great people and ash is good if you have a problem and it is on his part you should drop them an email and phone them becuase when you do get throw to them he will sort it out strait away
but one thing i must say is that as a vendor dont matter what one you must take into account that they are takeing 1000s of orders day there is bound to one or two with a mistake in there isnt there? after all there are only human and dont we all make mistakes?
my advise is talk to them and see what happens becuase myepack are good vendors
thank you lee

my advise is talk to them and see what happens becuase myepack are good vendors I've also had a good experience with them in the past, but this sounds like weak advice to someone who claims to have been trying to contact them and been ignored, and has heard that others are being.

I emailed on receipt of the parcel. I haven't bothered phoning because another member got no reply and couldn't leave a message because there was no answerphone.
He has been already been tagged in messages about this but no response.

Just thought I should add that sometimes emails don't go through, I often get that with my yahoo account so will send from gmail if I don't get a response.
If I hadn't been with yahoo so long and have the email so imbedded in my life I would kick it to the kerb.
I've also had nothing but good service from myepack.

I have nothing but good service from ash myepack, I think with the growth of vaping and increased number of orders coming his way he is swamped qnd struggles to find time to answer the phone or emails. Unfortunately offering the best prices in the uk comes with consequences.

I've never had an issue with orders from myepack. I think it a little unreasonable to send emails and then wait a week before slating them, have you never overlooked an email, I know I have !
If it's that important pick up the phone and try to speak to them to get your issue resolved rather than rely on hearsay of others. Yes myepack should pick up there emails and respond promptly but surely you can spare a couple of minutes to try and call them.

I have to agree, I have placed umpteen orders with myepack and have never had anything but good service. I do think it's a little harsh to ask for his vendor status to be revoked because he hasn't replied to your one email. If you had sent a number of emails and phoned and left messages, that would be different, but we're all human, give Ash a chance to respond.

I just tried calling out of curiosity, no one answered but the answer machine is working fine, suggest the OP leaves a message with contact details

I could agree with you if I was the only member on here not getting a response. I didn't phone because others had reported no luck with that. Now I'm hearing that it's possible to get through I'll give it a go.
